Sonja Ala

Sonja Ala won silver as a middleweight at the Nordic Championships in Oslo, Norway, on May 15, where she was also awarded Best Poser.

Sonja won 1st place in the lightweight women’s open division and the overall title at the 2000 NPC North Texas/Southwest USA.

Sonja placed 1st in the Novice Lightweight class of the 1999 NPC Heart of Texas Bodybuilding Championships.
