You’ll see articles on how to prepare for NPC competition, training, diet and nutrition, posing, suits, tanning, supplements, and more. There is also a list of contest schedules, rules and regulations, and a look at past winners.
Finally, I’ve got registration information to get you officially started.
For the uninitiated, NPC is…
…the National Physique Committee of the U.S.A, Inc., the official U.S. governing body of men’s and women’s amateur bodybuilding and fitness. It is sanctioned and recognized by the IFBB, the International Federation of Body Builders.
It is the country’s largest amateur organization dedicated to bodybuilding and for the most part, to achieve professional status in the IFBB, you first compete in NPC events.
Take your time and explore this section…
…It will be regularly updated. This sport is always evolving. Rules changing, trends are set, divisions come and go, as do products and services. There will always be something new to learn about.
This is a great place to be. The industry, I mean. I think you’ll find that everyone you meet at NPC events is friendly and encouraging. We love our sport and look forward to encouraging others to join the fun.
